3jll is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership upon request. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.
3jll accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3jll does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
3jll reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at 3jll's sole discretion. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 3jll customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be submitted to 3jll's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
3jll reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
